Interface Guide

After a quick analysis, 5 convenient buttons are available at the top. In the current version, there are six color options and four icon sizes to choose from.

• Preview – allows for monitoring the baseline, e.g., during chromatography column conditioning
• Single Run – enables performing a single analysis
• Sequence Run – allows for performing a sequence of two or more analyses
• Control – opens an options window for the connected device, e.g., detector wavelength, initial flow rate, etc.
• Method – opens a window allowing for the programming of method parameters

Other program functions are located in the side menu.

• Main menu – contains basic program options, e.g., appearance or importing/exporting chromatograms
• Plot menu – options for chromatogram manipulation. The same functions are available via right-click
• Find peak – allows for manual or automatic chromatogram integration
• Print menu – opens an options window for the connected device, e.g., detector wavelength, initial flow rate, etc.

The status window allows for a convenient display of the chromatograph's operating status. Depending on the connected device, this includes readings from detector channels or the gradient composition of the mobile phase. The window can be moved anywhere on the screen to avoid obscuring interface elements, or it can be completely disabled in the program options.
